Real Estate Transactions:
Residential & Commercial

Real estate transactions can be daunting, whether you’re buying or selling, and having an experienced and thorough advocate representing you will make the process easier. A born-and-raised New Yorker and a Real Estate Law practitioner for 20+ years, Margaret is well versed in local requirements and will help you prepare, review, and/or finalize the sales contract and closing documents for any real estate transaction.

Co-op and condo transactions can be especially complex for sellers and buyers. As a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Condo and Co-op Committee, and a former co-op president herself, Margaret is the right person to help you navigate these hurdles, including reviewing the building’s governing documents and practices, to equip you with the information you need to decide whether or how to proceed.

Looking to lease commercial space as a landlord, or find a storefront for your small business? Margaret can draft rental terms for you, review conditions for a potential space, or negotiate on your behalf during the process.
